1. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase another gift card.
2. How to Redeem
Gift cards can be redeemed only on our official website at checkout. Enter the unique gift card code in the “Gift Card / Discount Code” section.
3. Partial Redemption
If the total order value exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid using any available payment method. If the order value is less, the remaining balance will stay available on the same gift card for future use until expiry.
4. One Gift Card, Multiple Purchases
You may use a single gift card across multiple purchases until the full amount is exhausted or the card expires.
5. Not Reloadable
Gift cards cannot be recharged or topped up with additional value. You may purchase an additional gift card if required.
6. Gift Card can not be combined with Store Credits
Gift Cards and Store Credit can not be used together in one purchase.
7. Discounts & Coupons
For certain discounts, coupons, or promotions, gift cards may not qualify, unless explicitly allowed.
8. Order Cancellations & Refunds
If an order purchased with a gift card is cancelled or refunded, the amount used from the gift card will be credited back to the same gift card code. No refunds will be processed once a gift card has expired. If an order was placed using a valid gift card and the gift card expires before a return is requested or processed, the items will not be eligible for refund.
9. Store Policy Applicability
Use of gift cards is subject to all other store terms, conditions, and policies.
10. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will no longer be usable. No product returns will be allowed after the gift voucher expires; only one exchange will be entertained.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse gift card transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
