FOR ONLINE ORDERS

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES	Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the tags are intact and the product is unused. Please note, exchanges can only be done for size issues.	done
MISSING ITEMS	Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items	done

CANCELLATION	Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 150 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order	done
