FOR ONLINE ORDERS
RETURNS & EXCHANGE	APPLICABLE CONDITION	ACTION
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES	Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the tags are intact and the product is unused. Please note, exchanges can only be done for size issues.	done
MISSING ITEMS	Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items	done
DAMAGED PRODUCT	Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.	done
ALTERED PRODUCTS	No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.	clear
CANCELLATION	Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 150 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order	done
SHIPPING COSTS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES	The Company will cover the shipping costs for the first size exchange request. For any subsequent size exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for the reverse pickup and delivery costs, which amount to INR 200. Please note that "multiple exchanges" refer to multiple size exchange requests, even if the products were purchased in a single order.	done

FAILED QUALITY CHECK ON RETURN	If a returned product fails our internal quality check, the return or exchange request will be denied. The same product will be sent back to the customer. Courier charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, or they may choose to self-pick up the product from our facility.	clear
INCORRECT PRODUCT SENT BY CUSTOMER	If the customer returns a wrong product, Farida Gupta will not be liable for the incorrect item received. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to reclaim it. If the customer wishes to have the same product sent back to them, courier charges must be paid at the time of delivery or they may choose to self-pick up the item. The correct item must then be sent to us at the customer’s own cost. If the customer requests us to arrange a second reverse pickup, shipping charges will be deducted twice.	clear

Return & Exchange of the merchandise due to size/style/damaged issue(s), can only be done within the exhibition duration from which they were purchased and not through any other mode or medium. FG Merchandise	We do not have exchange/return option for the international orders.
Damaged Product	In case of any damaged product, intimate us within 48hours of receiving the product at care@faridagupta.com or by calling us at +91-8287-567-567 (Monday - Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (IST)). Kindly note that the term 'Damage' does not include any issue with respect to the style/design of the product.
Cancellation	Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. However, if the Order(s) are yet to be dispatched, the customer can cancel the order and seek refund against it.
