FOR ONLINE ORDERS
RETURNS & EXCHANGE APPLICABLE CONDITION ACTION
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact. Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues and are subject to product availability.
Please note that the standard shipping fee charged on the order is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only for the product value, excluding any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

MISSING ITEMS Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items done
DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. done
ALTERED PRODUCTS No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer. clear
CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 150 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order done
SHIPPING COSTS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES
The Company will cover the shipping costs for the first size exchange request. For any subsequent size exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for the reverse pickup and delivery costs, which amount to INR 200.
Please note that "multiple exchanges" refer to multiple size exchange requests, even if the products were purchased in a single order.

FAILED QUALITY CHECK ON RETURN If a returned product fails our internal quality check, the return or exchange request will be denied. The same product will be sent back to the customer. The Niloufar Sehar Kurta is a dazzling anarkali from our exclusive Niloufar range of kurtas and kurtis. In the Persian dialect, Niloufar literally translates into ‘water lily’ and this is the inspiration for the print on our kurtas. The blue and white anarkali is highlighted with sequins embellishment and thread work on the yoke and looks stunning when matched with a pair of shararas from our collection
