Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact. Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues and are subject to product availability.
Please note that the standard shipping fee charged on the order is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only for the product value, excluding any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

MISSING ITEMS Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items done

CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 150 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order done

The Company will cover the shipping costs for the first size exchange request. For any subsequent size exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for the reverse pickup and delivery costs, which amount to INR 200.
