Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, attendance and leave management, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Support the execution of the performance management cycle.

  • Collate and track tasks, goals, and action points assigned to employees.

  • Monitor completion rates, timeliness, delays, and pending actions.

  • Maintain accurate trackers and prepare periodic summaries and reports for management review.

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.

  • Support the planning of engagement calendars, employee events, recognition initiatives, and other HR interventions.

Learning & Development

  • Research and identify relevant training programs and learning partners based on organizational requirements.

  • Develop learning and training modules under guidance.

  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions independently once trained on the module and content.

Incentive Plan Operations

  • Support operational activities linked to employee incentive plans.

  • Collate and validate data required for incentive calculations.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure information is complete and submitted within timelines.

  • Maintain accurate incentive-related trackers and records.


Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants and candidates, as required.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Strong research skills and a self-starter mindset.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand processes and instructions quickly.

  • Strong execution skills with the ability to take a task from instruction through to closure.

  • Strong verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Comfortable working with data, trackers, deadlines, and recurring processes.

  • Ability to work independently while keeping relevant stakeholders updated.

Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics

  • Up to 5 years experience, 

  • Strong academic background from a reputed educational institution.

  • Prior exposure to performance management, employee engagement, training coordination, and recruitment would be preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization would be preferred.
